Act of XXI 1860 of Govt. of NCT of Delhi Vide File No.-S / 56237. Naturopathik Avem Yoga Shiksha Sanstha (N.Y.S.S.), area of operation of Education is all over India. Naturopathik Avem Yoga Shiksha Sanstha (N.Y.S.S.) is an autonomous body and enjoys statutory status under Indian constitution for the right of Education / Training and its administration. It has been legally authorized to impart Education, Training conduct examinations, issue mark-sheet and certificate. Copies of bylaws, Prospectus and other documents have been sent to govt. and other concerned authorities for Information an necessary action and also objections if and N.Y.S.S. is opening its new Examination and Admission different state, district and city around the India.

बोर्ड आॅफ नेचुरोपैथिक एण्ड योगा सिस्टम दिल्ली (अधीन एन.वाई.एस.एस. (रजि0) गर्वमैन्ट आॅफ एन.सी.टी. आॅफ दिल्ली) नेचुरोपैथिक एवं योगा शिक्षा संस्था को दिनांकः-04/08/2006 को रजिस्टर्ड अन्डर एस.आर. ऐक्ट 21-1860 गर्वमैन्ट आॅफ एन सी टी आॅफ दिल्ली में नियमानुसार पत्रावली संख्या- एस / 56237 पर निबन्धित किया है। नेचुरोपैथिक एवं योगा शिक्षा संस्था (एन.वाई.एस.एस.) का शिक्षा कार्यक्षेत्र सम्पूर्ण भारत है। नेचुरोपैथिक एवं योगा शिक्षा संस्था (एन.वाई.एस.एस.) सरकार द्वारा स्वीकृत अधिनियम 21-1860 के अन्तर्गत स्वायत संस्था है। जिसे भारतीय संविधान के अनुच्छेद में शिक्षण एवं प्रशिक्षण का कार्य करने तथा उसका प्रशासन करने का पूर्ण अधिकार है। परीक्षा सम्पन्न कराने अंक-पत्र एवं प्रमाण-पत्र निर्गत करने का वैधानिक अधिकार है। सरकार एवं सम्बन्धित अधिकारियों को एन.वाई.एस.एस. की नियमावली तथा विवरण पुस्तिका की प्रति आवश्यक कार्यवाही हेतु भेजी जा चुकी है। एन.वाई.एस.एस. भारत के विभिन्न राज्य, जिला एवं शहर स्तर पर प्रवेश एवं परीक्षा केन्द्र खोल रहा है।
